KS5 Results

Huge congratulations to all of our students who received  their Key Stage 5 examination results today.

Their hard work and dedication has ensured success for so many students who now begin their exciting journeys towards destinations of their choice and an exciting future ahead.

We are incredibly proud of our students who have faced many challenges, with significant disruption to their education through the pandemic. Indeed, these examinations were, for most students, the first set of external examinations that they have experienced, in a year when grading has returned to pre-pandemic levels – their achievements are especially laudable.

Our sixth form students continue to achieve exceptionally well in a wide range of A Levels and vocational qualifications including T Levels. 87% of our students achieved a grade C or higher. This compares favourably with a national average of 75%.

It is a pleasure to see so many of our students progressing on to the next exciting stage of their journeys. While most of our students are progressing onto university, others have opted for apprenticeships or employment. A significant number of students have been accepted to places at Russell group universities. Furthermore, one student who has been accepted at Oxford University and another who has been accepted at Cambridge University.

Congratulations to your students on their remarkable achievements and thank you to everyone who has played a part in supporting and guiding them on their journey. We look forward to following their continued success and they move on to the next chapter in their lives.
