Prefects System

Sixth Form students have an important role to play by setting an example to the rest of the school; they set the tone. They are granted certain privileges which are earned through the contribution they make to the school. Students who consistently reach this standard are eligible to apply for Prefect status as recognition of their efforts.

The Prefects, alongside the elected student leadership team [Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl], form the committees which run Sixth Form events including their Leavers Ball.

Becoming a Prefect provides a valuable opportunity to develop a wide range of leadership skills that are highly sought after by universities and employers.
