Whole School Communication

• Arbor App: All families should download and use the Arbor app. This is our main communication tool, and it is essential that you access it regularly.
• School Calendar: Accessible via our school website, the calendar provides key dates and events throughout the year.
• Weekly Head Teacher’s Letter: Published every Friday on our school website and social media, this letter provides an overview of the week’s events, activities, and key messages.
• Social Media: We use social media as a positive way to share updates from lessons, extracurricular activities, and school events, celebrating the achievements and contributions of our pupils.

Pupil-Specific Communication

For all general communication regarding pupils, families should always use our House email groups. We ask that families do not contact staff directly to ensure queries are handled efficiently and consistently.
