Year Group Welcome Evenings

Throughout September each year we will host annual Welcome Evenings bespoke to each year group. Each evening will provide a valuable opportunity for you to gain insight into what your child will be studying each year; to learn about the various ways we support their educational journey and to discuss some of the academic priorities pertinent to them. This evening also provides an excellent opportunity to meet your child’s tutor as well as other key members of staff who play a vital role in supporting your child’s academic and pastoral success including our SENDCO, members of your child’s House Team and school leaders.

Curriculum Presentation:
There will be a presentation outlining the curriculum your child will be following this year in addition to assessment opportunities.We will also provide guidance on how you can support your child this year as well as the resources and support available to help your child succeed.

Tutor Presentation:
In addition to the curriculum presentation, you will have the opportunity to meet your child’s Pastoral Tutor.This will be a chance to discuss the pastoral support we offer and how we work together to ensure your child’s well-being and development during their time at school.
