For any planned absence during term time we ask that families complete the form below so that we are aware of the circumstances surrounding the request.

Government guidance for schools has recently changed and now states, “Generally, a need or desire for a holiday or other absence for the purpose of leisure and recreation would not constitute an exceptional circumstance.”
